Return Eligibility
If your new clogs aren't the perfect fit, you are welcome to return them within 30 calendar days of delivery. To be eligible for a full refund, footwear must be clean, unused outdoors, and in original resalable condition. Please include original packaging whenever possible.
Acceptable Returns: Sizing adjustments, change of mind, incorrect style sent, or defective craftsmanship.
Defective Footwear: We will issue a priority replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

- Pack your unworn shoes safely and hand them to the shipping carrier.
- Once received at our facility, your refund or exchange will be processed.
